Where is my order?

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your Neartwins account (if you created one)

If you haven’t received a shipping email yet, your order is still being processed. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

If it’s been longer than expected, please contact our support team at hello@neatwins.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I start a return or an exchange?

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@neartwins.com with your order number.
  2. Let us know whether you’d like a return or an exchange.
  3. We’ll assist you accordingly.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and not damaged.
  • Exchange depends on available stocks. If stocks are unavailable, we will issue a return instead.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

As soon as your package is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Can I change/cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations are only possible for a short time after your order is placed.

If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at hello@neartwins.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note:

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may request a return once it’s delivered (within our 14-day return window).
How much does shipping cost?

Local Delivery (UAE):

  • 25 AED flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders 250 AED and above

GCC Delivery:

  • 70 AED flat rate
  • Available to: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
