Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 6 business days in the UAE and 5 to 12 business days for GCC orders. 
• Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for all orders. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are fixed based on the shipping destination, 25AED for UAE orders and 70AED for GCC orders. 
• International Shipping: We currently ship only to the GCC, but customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
• Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues but will assist in resolving any problems.
